Our electric, hinged-opening skylights feature a chain actuated mechanism, operated by the supplied remote-control. The unit provides exceptional ventilation for hot rooms and comes with a free rain sensor, which closes the window if it rains.
The hinged roof window is ideal for warmer rooms, like kitchens and bathrooms. Its wide 400mm opening provides effective, natural ventilation to disperse steam and cooking smells.
The window features a contemporary, minimal design with frameless glazing that allows water to run away without collecting in the casing.
Glazed with toughened safety glass, the window is coated with a self-cleaning coating and UV blocker that blocks up to 100% of damaging radiation. An optional opaque finish can protect your privacy if your property is overlooked.

The units feature a composite kerb design comprising polyester powder-coated aluminium with a phenolic foam core. The result is an overall product U-value as low as 0.6 W/m²K — the best on the market for an opening skylight.
The design also features a fully welded aluminium lid and fully welded corners for unparalleled weather resistance and waterproofing.
