The Open-Lite skylight is a hinged-opening skylight with a difference. In addition to brightening and ventilating your room, it opens to a 90° angle, creating a flat roof access hatch. The skylight opens at the touch of a button, via a remote control, which controls the rooflight from up to 30 metres away.
The Open-Lite skylight floods your room with natural light, while its 90° opening allows maximal ventilation and airflow control. This skylight is specifically designed for properties with a flat roof that also functions as a roof patio or sun deck. It allows you safe and easy access to the rooftop area.
Like our hinged-opening rooflights, the Open-Lite has a minimal, contemporary design with frameless glazing that allows water to glide off its surface. The glass is coated with a durable, easy clean coating, which prevents discolouration and promotes self-cleaning during rainfall. For your peace of mind, the unit is supplied with a rain sensor, which automatically closes the window if it starts to rain.

The units feature a composite kerb design comprising polyester powder-coated aluminium with a phenolic foam core resulting in superb insulation.
