The Residence 2 range are certified window energy A++ WER rated as standard which produces the most acoustically and thermally efficient triple and double glazing.
0.74W/m2k U-value
Attaining U-values of 0.79 W/m2k with triple glazing far surpassing the British building regulations requirements.
Maintenance free design
Using modern design and utilising the best qualities of timber, the R2 collection have created maintenance free timber alternative design leaving no painting, sanding or staining required.

The Residence 2 range boasts a variety of colours and shades to suit different architectural periods and design tastes. Each finish will instil lasting personality and character on our windows and doors.
Bespoke hardware
A Pear Drop handle, Monkey Trail handle and stay or a secure lock handle. With a wide range of additional customisations to choose from the Residence 2 collection will be truly bespoke.
Conservation Areas
The residence collection has been approved to be placed in Conservation areas throughout the UK. Preserving the looks and aesthetic of a country cottage, an elegant retreat or a contemporary habitat, all and more will suit R9, R7 or R2 bespoke window and doors.

 R2 has the market leading thermal and acoustic values. Being certified with a windows energy rating of A++ it truly retains heat during the winter and keeps cool in the summer
Flush casement
With home security being more and more essential, Residence have strategically designed several ways to combat intruders, one way of which is to retain the glazing bead on the inside of the house as standard.
Sight lines
By design, the r2 boasts a very stylish look and feel inside and out by imposing an elegant flush sash exterior giving a bold and modern appearance. All glass sight-lines are perfectly equal providing symmetry.
Alternative to timber
Using modern technology The Residence collection is a vastly efficient alternative to timber thus eliminating the need to maintain or compromise. Completely rot free meaning you won’t need to replace your window set every 10 or so years and winter should come easy with advanced thermal efficiency levels lower than the British building regulations requirements.
Lock and hinge retention
The r2 comes standard with superior screw retention reinforcements, locks and hinges that are secured firmly into position. Also it is designed to accommodate the additional weight of triple glazed units allowing heavy duty hinges to fit and operate perfectly.
Design
The R2’s ground-breaking design means that it carries exquisite styling and features that are usually found on aluminium and composite systems, now in PVC-U. With a flush design and minimal sigh lines, the R2 collection has quickly become a minimalists dream.
Performance
Residence2 has been engineered to meet the current and anticipated future standards. Other window frames typically offer 3 or 5 chambers and are usually 70mm wide R2 has 9 chambers and is 100mm wide,, resulting in superior thermal acoustic, strength and security performances.
