The Livinroof structure underwent independent fire testing in 2017 by Warrington Fire. The aluminium panel version holds an AA fire rating under BS476-3:2004 and a B-roof rating under EN 13501-5:2016, ensuring high safety standards.

Precision-engineered using NASA satellite data, Livinroof is built to withstand extreme weather conditions, including winds up to 130mph. The strong eaves beam, ridge, and jack rafters make it the safest solid roof system, independently tested to BS476 part 3 for fire resistance.

The insulated internal pelmet can be Customised to any width between 300mm and 1200mm, allowing you to enjoy the brightness of a conservatory, the aesthetic of an orangery, and the solid feel of an extension—all in one cost-effective solution. Not only does it enhance insulation, but it also creates ambiance with space for downlights, spotlights, and integrated speakers.
Cornice
For a refined finish, choose between a curved cornice for a traditional look or a flat cornice for a more contemporary style. Available in one, two, or three-tiered designs, flat cornices add elegance while effectively concealing gutters.
Roof Vent
A roof vent offers quick and efficient ventilation during the hottest months of the year. Available in manual or electronic options, the latter includes a thermostat and rain sensor for automatic climate control, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round.
