All 3 of the guys that installed the windows today were great, really polite and professional. We had an issue with our manhole cover but Robin kindly sorted it out.

They have left a tool here, no idea what to call it but I’ll be here on Tuesday if they want to collect it.

Just to reiterate how pleased we have been with the service at Shaws. I have highly recommended you to friends.
You can always get through on the phone, the staff are always helpful and the response time is excellent with any query you may have.
The door fitters are very professional and reliable. The quality also excellent.
Also, recently I got in touch with Shaws because our door sealant was lifting. We had them fitted a year or so ago.
Matthew responded so quickly and came and did the job this morning. He arrived very punctually and did a very professional and efficient job.
So often these days one confronts difficulties with other companies in a variety of ways. But not with Shaws!

Yes that will be fine for replacing the damaged glass units.

Please pass on my appreciation to Sam and his team on how they managed in less than ideal circumstances when installing our replacement windows. The weather was atrocious. Initially they had to work around me removing blinads, curtains and lighting. The job was complicated by the presence of tiling around the frame apertures which they managed to l eave undamaged. No mean achievement. We appreciate the care taken and the professional approach and absence of drama.

Hi Gary- trust all well with you.
We had the window fitted yesterday and I have to say the guys were outstanding (in and out in 2 hours!).
The window does have the horns on, so doesn’t match the other slider we have at the back, but it looks fine.
As I was trying to match the existing one with chrome locks etc, I hadn’t spotted there was an option on the colour,
We’re not big fans of the white, so are we able to swap them for chrome?

Yes, as far as I am concerned the installation is now complete. I need to say how pleased I am with the end result, the quality, finish and function exceeds expectations. I must also say how happy I was with the installation teams, Ben and his merry bunch were polite, respectful of my space, clean, tidy and fun to have around the place. They cleared up every evening and were punctual and friendly. I was quite happy to leave them in the apartment when I had to pop out for shopping/errands etc. There was a minor glitch with the closing door that they came back and sorted without fuss. Having briefly worked myself, for a company that installed shelving systems in private homes and commercial spaces I know only too well how important all of the above is and they were, faultless. Please pass my thanks on to them again and maybe forward this email to Charlotte, who I had a brief discussion and email exchange before the work started. I am well aware that the delays were completely out of your hands and not of your making, – that is a matter which I am still raising with the Managing agents here…

I am also happy with the knowledge that should there be any future issues or malfunction, you will be able to attend and rectify; peace of mind.
